These are not the Jets you’re looking for.
Aaron Rodgers inches closer to becoming a member of the New York Jets after the news on Wednesday that he plans to move on from the Green Bay Packers to play in the AFC East next season. Rodgers leaving Green Bay behind for the even greener pastures of East Rutherford, New Jersey is the biggest story in the NFL by far this offseason, so it only makes sense the Winnipeg Jets would jump in on the fun.
While the rest of the NFL got its first look at Rodgers in a New York Jets jersey, the Winnipeg Jets gave us a hilarious sneak peak at what it’d be like if the quarterback suited up for the good old hockey game instead!

Not too bad!
The Rodgers news inspired many to fire off some good tweets after he announced his decision on the The Pat McAfee Show. That being said, if Rodgers is headed to the Winnipeg Jets after all, he better start driving now since the city — famously — does not have an airport.
