When we check into our hotel room, the cleaners have already been in to make sure that our rooms are suitable for the next guests arriving.
However what you may not think about upon arrival, is what they found left behind.
From a 6ft Japanese temple, a first class honours Dentistry degree certificate to a pair of VIP tickets for Ed Sheeran’s Mathematics Tour, these are just some of the items that people have left behind in their hotel rooms whilst staying in Glasgow.

It comes as the Travelodge hotel revealed that two alpacas named Ant and Dec were left behind at Travelodge Stratford Upon Avon meanwhile in London, one man left his Tiffany engagement ring behind which was said to have been stashed in a pillow case.
But fear not, having travelled from the Hebrides to London in order to purchase the ring for his bride to be, it was very fortunate that the groom’s ring was found by housekeeping soon after he’d checked out. And thankfully he was reunited with the ring.
But with nearly 19 million guests staying at 571 Travelodges across the country, it’s not a surprise that their lost and found boxes are full of some weird, wonderful, and unexpected things.
