The Wanted’s Tom Parker takes rest under blanket on tour amid brain tumour battle

Tom Parker is currently touring the UK with his band, The Wanted, amid his brain tumour battle.

The 33-year-old Glad You Came singer has remained in high spirits as he takes to the stage every night with his bandmates.

Following their most recent leg of the long-anticipated tour in Manchester, Tom took a rest under a blanket while sipping on a beer as he enjoyed some down time with his bandmates.

Throughout the evening, Tom's band mate Max George shared snippets of their backstage shenanigans as the boys excitedly geared up for the gig.

In one sweet video, Max joked around with Tom - who has recently returned from gruelling treatment in Spain - as the brave star sipped on a bottle of Peroni before the show kicked off in Manchester.

Tom - who shares two kids with wife Kelsey Hardwick, 32 - is understood to have initially been told he had a grade four glioblastoma, with a life expectancy of up to 18 months.

But his condition is said to have improved following chemotherapy and radiotherapy.

Tom hopes that his recent treatment abroad will further improve his condition.
