Max George has shared a worrying health update after previously undergoing two heart operations - (Instagram @maxgeorge)

The Wanted star Max George has revealed he is back in hospital, just months after undergoing a second heart operation.

The 37-year-old singer posted a photo from A&E on Instagram, wearing a hospital gown and lying in bed with a cannula in his hand. He captioned the snap to his 388,000 followers: “Tin man needed a bit of oil before tour. Next stop… USA!!!🇺🇸.”
