The Traitors is returning sooner than we thought as BBC bosses have announced a Red Nose Day sketch following a big season two announcement.
This will involve Dawn French, Jennifer Saunders and Claudia Winkleman for Comic Relief, which will air on Friday March 17 for Comic Relief.
It was recently announced the hit reality show would return for a second season with Claudia at the helm which will air later this year. Following the overnight success of the first series, it was then announced Peacock would be adapting the hit show with a US version.
The Traitors US was hosted by Scots star Alan Cumming, who made global headlines for returning his OBE earlier this year, as a new group of contestants made their way to the Scottish Highlands to win big.
While the show had the same location and more or less followed the same format, it had a mixture of reality star celebrities alongside contestants from the general public.
However BBC bosses confirmed to RadioTimes.com the second season will not feature any celebrity contestants, sticking instead to the formula that proved so popular the first time around.
While there is no word of when the second season will air, the broadcaster is currently accepting applications from those brave enough to take on the challenge themselves.
The Traitors UK & US is available on BBC iPlayer. The second series will air later this year on BBC One.
