Claudia Winkleman has dropped a huge hint that there could be a 'secret' twist still in store on The Traitors, with a cryptic reply to a question about the final on Twitter.
The word of mouth hit of 2022, The Traitors has had millions of viewers totally hooked and left on the edges of their seats for the last three weeks and, after 11 episodes of betrayal and backstabbing, the popular BBC show with come to an end on Thursday night with its 12th and final episode.
As well as being host and seen on screen in every episode, Strictly star Claudia played a pivotal role in the game from day one, when she selected Amanda, Alyssa and Wilf to be Traitors, in a secret ceremony, with everyone blindfolded. The aim of The Traitors is for the team of members of the public to work together to build a cash prize of a potential £120,000.

However, along the way the Traitors have been picked off the Faithfuls with 'murders' nearly every night, with their victims being given a letter informing them of their fate. Other Faithfuls have been incorrectly banished at the nightly Round Table discussions, with Alyssa and Amanda, much to the upset of fans, getting the boot that way.
The penultimate episode of The Traitors aired on Wednesday night, with Andrea the latest murder victim and Maddy banished, leaving Faithfuls Meryl, Aaron and Hannah and Traitors Wilf and Kieran left standing, with them deciding when the game ends, by declaring when they think there are no Traitors left. If a Traitor or Traitors are left, they will take all the money.
Claudia took to Twitter to remind everyone that the final will be on BBC One at 9pm on Thursday, as well as asking people who they think will win and her tweet quick got lots of responses, one from former Strictly contestant Rev Richard Coles, who replied: "I have a view, Clauds, but the twist, the twist, the twist… what will it be?"
And, while not giving anything away, Claudia did hint that something big is still coming, as she replied with a zip mouthed emoji. Jumping on that answer, one of her followers commented: "There’s definitely going to be a huge twist!"
