Nitin Passi has returned as the chief executive of fashion retailer Missguided despite stepped down from the role in April.
Mr Passi left his position at the same time the company announced it was to cut 63 jobs and appointed Teneo "to explore strategic options for the business".
Missguided was founded by Mr Passi in 2009 and sold a 50% stake to Alteri Investors towards the end of 2021.

However, Mr Passi has returned as chief executive after being handed the position back by new Frasers Group who rescued the brand in a £20m deal last month.

Mr Gray is also a former chairman of Atlantic Productions, a BAFTA-winning factual and multi-platform production company.
He is currently a non-executive director at construction giant Clancy Group and Holyhead Boatyard.
Missguided's top team also also includes chief digital officer Rafaele Petruzzo who was formerly chief digital offer at Arcadia group.
He has previously held senior roles at Nets Group, as chief transformation officer, as well as at Tesco, Barclays and HomeServe.
The leadership team also includes chief financial officer Roy Ellis and chief product officer Sarah Strachan.
Mr Ellis joined the company in 2019 and is a former group services director at Poundland and group finance director at Peacocks. He qualified as a chartered accountant with KPMG.
Sarah Strachan joined in February 2021 and is a former merchandising director at Asos. She previously worked for Arcadia and Ted Baker.
