The rising cost of living is pushing people to shop around when it comes to buying the essentials and fuel is one of them.
The cost of petrol and diesel has shot up in recent months after Russia invaded Ukraine last February while supply chain holdups brought about by the pandemic are also contributing to high prices.
Despite the cost coming down slightly from its peak earlier this summer, petrol and diesel remain expensive.

Petrol and diesel prices can vary around the country and we’ve put together a list of the cheapest places to fill the tank with the help of data provided by pumps.ie. The prices at these pumps were recorded in the last few days and may have changed since.
The Topaz garage on Ushers Quay in Dublin has the lowest prices for both types of fuel.
