There is a tiny rooftop food and drink venue with spectacular views of the waterfront.
Carpathia bar and restaurant sits neatly on The Strand but out of view from anyone not actively looking for it. Situated on top of 30 James Street Hotel, you'd be fooled into thinking it was just another part of the building.
And while, technically, it is, the diners are invited to try their menu of classic cocktails and refreshments as they take in panoramic views of the city. The venue boasts a stylish indoor area perfect for large gatherings and celebrations, coupled with a cosy glass terrace that is equal parts shaded and basking in the sun.
