After adding Bradley Beal this offseason, expectations for the Phoenix Suns as a team haven’t been this high in years. Any time one squad can roster three scorers like Kevin Durant, Devin Booker, and Beal, they’re going to be a group other squads fear.
And to usher in this era, the Suns unveiled some “new” threads on Tuesday. They will be wearing throwback uniforms from the 90s — their “sunburst” version from the halcyon days of Charles Barkley — as their primary uniform this season.
And let me tell you, throwback or not; these uniforms look absolutely marvelous from top to bottom — especially the purple iteration.

Phew. Those look so clean. Whoever made the brilliant decision to bring these back knew exactly what they were doing and understood the appreciation for their sun-like value.
