The stunning Scots beach cottage named one of best UK seaside destinations

United Kingdom Isle of Lewis

A picturesque beachfront house in Scotland has been named as one of the 10 best seaside holiday homes in the UK.

Beach Bay Cottage on the Isle of Lewis, Outer Hebrides, was recognised by the Guardian for its stunning views, great location and romantic features that are perfect for any couple who want to take a trip.

It's located just 100 yards from the beach, sitting atop Uig Bay - a National Scenic Area, and one of the most popular beaches in the country thanks to its luxurious white sands.
