Nottingham Forest came close to signing the highly-rated Uruguayan striker Martin Satriano during the January transfer window, it has been reported.
Forest were linked with a move for Satriano back in January by The Guardian as Steve Cooper looked to bolster his attacking options. Ultimately no move to England materialised for the Inter Milan forward - who eventually joined Brest on-loan - with Cooper instead signing Sam Surridge and Keinan Davis on a loan deal.
Lyle Taylor went in the other direction, joining Birmingham City until the end of the season.
