From Dec 22 to 26 2022, IGNIV Bangkok presents a taste of the modern Swiss festive season with regional European influences. Highlight ingredients in the Festive Menu include Bergfichte Cheese from Switzerland, Pumpernickel Bread, Foie Gras, and Beef Tartare.
From Dec 29, 2022, to Jan 2, 2023, guests can revisit the year’s favourite dishes as handpicked by the IGNIV team and its loyal guests, with the Review Menu featuring Hamachi, Mountain Kombu, Thai Quail, and Wagyu Beef. Especially ideal for the holiday season, the restaurant’s cosy atmosphere and sharing concept allows guests to connect with the food and with each other.
On Dec 24, 2022, VIU puts on a Christmas Eve Dinner Buffet complete with classic holiday favorites such as Citrus-herb roasted Turkey, Mulled Wine Glazed Ham, Baked Stuffed Lobster, and Wagyu Beef Wellington with Truffle Sauce.
Celebrations continue on the next day with an all-you-can-eat Christmas Day Brunch on Dec 25, 2022 offering festive delights such as Marmalade-Glazed Leg of Ham, Maple-Rosemary Roasted Turkey, 36 Hour Roasted Whole Wagyu Beef Leg, Salmon Wellington with Caviar Sauce, and Classic Christmas Pudding.
On the last day of the year, guests are invited to count their blessings and look forward to new beginnings with an extraordinary feast at VIU. New Year’s Eve Dinner highlights include a caviar station, live seafood, large selection of meat & cold cuts, Whole Baked Cod with Garlic and Herb, and Black Truffle Risotto.
As the clock ticks closer to midnight on Dec 31, 2022, the New Year’s Eve Countdown Party at The St. Regis Bar invites revelers to enjoy live entertainment and a lucky prize draw. Guests can enhance the countdown celebrations with VIP tables for two at the counter bar or next to the window to ring in the new year with a loved one.
On Jan 1, 2023, a superb New Year’s Day Brunch featuring handcrafted dishes and a leisurely atmosphere eases guests into the new year with unlimited servings of Crab and Avocado, Poached Lobster Egg Benedict and Caviar, Grilled Hokkaido Scallop with Brown Butter Sauce, Seafood Paella, and Selection of Pasta in Cheese Wheel.

Valid for bookings until March 31, 2023, Exceptional Celebrations menus start from just 1,200 baht net per person for a cocktail menu or 1,400 baht net for a Thai/International buffet menu. Celebrations of at least 50 guests enjoy a choice of three complimentary enhancements, while gatherings of over 100 guests enjoy all five enhancements which can include free-flow soft drinks and fee waiver for bring-in decorations and AV equipment.
