I'm A Celebrity... Get Me Out of Here! winner Jill Scott has opened up about her time in the jungle during a chat on ITV's Loose Women on Tuesday, December 6. Last month, the former football player, 35, was declared Queen of the Jungle, beating off competition Matt Hancock MP and Hollyoaks' Owen Warner.
Despite seemingly having a whale of a time in the jungle while remaining as cool as a cucumber and in it for the fun challenge, Jill did say that there was one moment that left her terrified - when cockroaches got stuck in both of her ears after a Bushtucker Trial. You can read more about this incident here.
Talking about the moment with her fellow campmate, Charlene said: "All I remember was you going, ‘There’s something in there’, and then you tried ages to get it out. Chris ran over to hold your hand because we were all really panicked for you. You then sat back down with all of us and went: ‘No there’s one in the other ear’ and we went through the whole process again." Jill replied: "I was in the trial and I could feel it crawling in my ear. They managed to get it out eventually. I can’t really hear very well now. There might be another one in there?" and the studio audience laughed.

Conversation then turned to former Health Secretary Matt Hancock, whose appearance in the jungle sparked widespread controversy. Jill confirmed that she hasn’t been in contact with him since the show ended. “He was going and getting the stars and he was feeding us so I was happy but I haven’t had a message off him yet,” she added.
Charlene then described how one of the most “beautiful” moments throughout the pair's time on the show was when Jill and Owen made the ‘Jungle 11’. The pair would make football shirts out of origami that was made from the bags that the campmates’ rice and beans came in. Jill said of this: “Because there were 11 of us in camp, I immediately thought that we had ourselves a football team.”
