This time of year, the social departments of NFL teams usually have a lot of fun. With the 2022 NFL schedule being revealed on Thursday, these creative groups often show their team’s regular-season slate in funny ways. At this point, it might as well be a time-honored tradition around the league.
Someone evidently forgot to tell that to the Seahawks this year. As Pete Carroll and Co. begin life without Russell Wilson for the first time in a decade, they decided to have some schedule fun with their new core of players.
The Seahawks front office — Carroll included — pretended to give a few select players led by Drew Lock a “confidential” advance schedule.
And by confidential, I mean fake. A fabrication. Not real at all.

Ahhh. I can almost feel the awkwardness emanating from that video. I suppose shoutout to Carroll and the Seahawks for turning parts of the ridiculousness of the schedule reveal on its head.
