Rangers face Borussia Dortmund for the fifth time at Ibrox on Thursday and have yet to lose.
It's a favourable record that was emphatically extended last week when Giovanni van Bronckhorst's side stunned the Bundesliga giants 4-2 in their own backyard.
That puts Rangers on the verge of qualifying for the last 16 of the Europa League - IF they can get the job done at Ibrox.
Dortmund roared back with a 6-0 victory over Borussia Monchengladbach on Sunday and could welcome back superstar striker Erling Haaland from injury.
But the omens remain good for the Premiership champions, considering their history against Dortmund, something stretches back decades.
Here's a look back at every time the two teams have played at Ibrox.
1966, European Cup Winners' Cup, R2, Rangers 2 Borussia Dortmund 1
Dortmund won the cup at Hampden a few months previously, but they were stunned at Ibrox after goals from Kai Johansen and Alex Smith. Rangers would hold onto a goalless draw in Germany to knock the holders out and they would eventually reach the final.
1982, UEFA CUP, R1, Rangers 2 Borussia Dortmund 0
After another goalless draw in Germany in the first leg, a Davie Cooper goal just before the interval handed Rangers control and a Derek Johnstone effort with seven minutes to go against a Dortmund side who had current sports director Michael Zorc in their team.
1995, Champions League, Group Stage, Rangers 2 Borussia Dortmund 2
The Germans twice took the lead through goals from Heiko Herrlich and Martin Kree, but Richard Gough and Ian Ferguson both scored past Stefan Klos to rescue a point. It was the same scoreline as the corresponding game at the Westfalenstadion a couple of months later.
1999, UEFA Cup, R3, Rangers 2 Borussia Dortmund 0
A BVB side who were European champions two years previously were two goals down at half time after an early own goal from Jurgen Kohler and a Rod Wallace strike. Rangers got permission to sign Everton keeper Thomas Myhre on loan after Stefan Klos and Lionel Charbonnier were injured and Antti Niemi was on loan to Charlton Athletic.
