We all know they can almost speak, but for the Queen's Corgi's, their boss had to do the hard work when it came to letter writing.
It has emerged that the Queen was in the habit of writing letters from her dogs to dogs belonging to her staff - and it all started with a message from a cheeky Jack Russell.
According to broadcaster Alexander Armstrong's documentary, The Queen and Her Cousins, which was made to mark Her Majesty’s 95th birthday, Mr Armstrong explained how he hung up a handwritten letter from the Queen’s former equerry, Sir Blair Stewart-Wilson, in his bathroom.
