A photograph of Queen Elizabeth II smiling released on the night of her funeral reveals the great wit of the UK's longest-ever reigning monarch.
Speaking on Lorraine Kelly's programme on ITV, photographer Ranald Mackechnie opened up about the formerly unseen portrait taken at Windsor Castle in May - just before Her Majesty's Platinum Jubilee celebrations the month after.
The Mirror reports that he recalled: "She arrived and walked in and we said hello, then she just looks at me and she goes, 'What do you want?'"
