The Queen has made an official appearance using a walking stick amid reports that she has been using a wheelchair.

Her Majesty was pictured viewing a display of antique enamelled trinket boxes and hand-decorated teapots at Windsor Castle.

The newly released snaps of the smiling royal were taken on Wednesday, the Mirror reports.
