Alex Jones caused a bit of a stir in The One Show studio last night when she took a swipe at her co-host Ronan Keating.
The mum-of-three, 45, and the Boyzone star, also 45, were talking to Strictly's Fleur East after she ended up in the dance-off on Sunday with Richie Anderson.
Explaining the shock of the "red light of doom" landing on her, the Sax singer, 34, said: "You're so nervous. You work hard all week for that one performance and then to have to do it again and go up against someone that you like. Our group is so tight. We genuinely are rooting for everybody.
"My initial reaction when I knew that they had saved me, I didn't even celebrate. I just looked at Richie straight away and went ...(pulls sad face)."
A deadpan Alex then quipped: "Well, as Ronan said earlier, callous some would say, somebody's got to go."
"Did I say that?" a stunned Ronan asked as both women burst out laughing.
"He's a lovely boy," Alex purred, as she placed her hand on the father-of-five's shoulder.
Later, as Fleur revealed she would be performing the Argentine Tango on Saturday's show, Ronan got his own back on Alex, who competed on Strictly in 2011.
With a glint in his eye, he told their guest: "As Alex said earlier, it's the hardest dance."
Seeing the funny side, the Welsh presenter told the Irishman to "Shut up" before Fleur gasped: "Why would you tell me this?"
A grinning Ronan then confessed: "She didn't really."
Last week's results show was full of contention - particularly concerning head judge Shirley Ballas.
The 62-year-old reckoned Fleur and her dance partner Vito Coppola should have gone home - even though her vote didn't make any difference because the other judges decided to save the Sax star.
Many fans were up in arms with Shirley's comments with some accusing the Queen of Latin of being sexist.
They also took the hump after she criticised Ellie Taylor over her heel leads while appearing to let Ellie Simmonds off for the same 'mistake'.
However, Shirley took to Twitter saying many viewers had apologised to her for their 'hurtful' comments.
She wrote: "I have received many apologies over the weekend regarding hurtful messages I’ve received on social media.
"All apologies are accepted and from now on let’s all respect each other and enjoy the show. Love to you all" followed by a red heart emoji.
