If a thrilling action tale of vengeance set at the turn of the 10th century is something that piques your interest, then Robert Eggers' new Viking blockbuster The Northman is for you.
The epic film follows Prince Amleth and how far he will go to seek justice for his murdered father and is the Scandinavian legend that Shakespeare used to inspire his play, Hamlet.
Filmed in Belfast Harbour Studios and on location in 2020, The Northman was the first major project to shoot during the pandemic.
