The idea of gilded glamour exemplifies the golden era of 1870 to 1900 of American fashion. We were foreseeing corsets and bustles sequences, satin gloves, and beautiful headgears with crystals and feathers. There comes 2nd May 2022 with an anthology of fashion in America- a white tie evening of “gilded glamour” at the met gala. vogue opened their window for live steaming co-hosted by La La Anthony, Vanessa Hudgens and Hamish Bowles. Nearly 103k viewers were watching the met gala red carpet on Instagram while their Twitter and Facebook windows were buzzing with additional viewership waiting to catch the first glance of gilded glamour and a spectacular list of guests throwing the most iconic looks at the red carpet.
The considerably extravagant show called “The Gilded Age” exhibited the golden era of American life. New money capitalized the modern aisles into society and fashion. At the equivalent time, the black community fought for their proportional rights and we were just getting done and dusted with the notion.
