Raise your hand if you saw this coming. Taking a page from BMW’s book, Mercedes plans to sell the next-gen S-Class with combustion engines and electric drivetrains. It effectively means the EQS will go away after a single generation, but not before a mid-cycle facelift. The current S-Class is also getting a facelift before transitioning to the next-gen model.
