Okay, in the interest of full disclosure – Spoke is a British menswear brand, not Italian. However, the brand has just launched a collection named ‘Forza’, an eight-piece capsule cut from Italian tech wool. And it’s rather bellissimo.
For the uninitiated, let me provide a quick run-down on Spoke menswear. Spoke was founded on the belief that a bad fit (baggy crotch, saggy seat, crumpled hem etc.) creates a bad outfit. So at Spoke, they custom-finish, in a wide range of sizes, for a virtually bespoke fit. Hence the name.
The collection itself has a sort of grown-up, back-to-school feel about it, with its complex utilitarianism balanced by the luxe construction. As if that weren’t enough, the fabric itself has been blended with Spoke’s emblematic ‘Cordura’ fibre, leaving it durable, resilient, and crease-free.
Without further ado, here’s my pick of the Forza collection, to help you inject a little Italian panache into your autumnal wardrobe.

Now, in my tenure as a menswear shopping expert, I know a good overshirt is essentially a man’s sartorial kryptonite. Specifically, my partner has never met an overshirt he didn’t like. However, from the Forza collection, this Spoke overshirt is a cut above, thanks to its tailored cut and sharp finish, taking the classic chore coat in an undeniably smarter direction.

There’s nothing like a new pair of tailored trousers. But at Spoke, they really are tailored to perfection. This cut from the Forza collection is detailed with a pleat to each leg, while the waist sits a little higher (for a little extra comfort) and each leg flows through the thighs for a classic, mid-century feel.
Spoke Forza Mac
I have a deep love for the classic mac silhouette. It’s quintessentially British, weatherproof, and decidedly sharp and chic. Plus, thanks to the Forza fabric, this performance wool jacket shrugs off a passing shower and keeps its shape, no problems.

Now, this stormbreaker is where the Forza fabric really gets to showboat. Bringing a clean, practical feel to this Stormbreaker, the Forza fabric isn’t bothered by a shower, maintains a sharp look all day long, and delivers a comforting stretch as you move through your day.
