McDonald’s' Big Mac is one of the world's best known and most iconic fast-food products. It's so iconic it has its own museum (at a McDonald's in North Huntingdon) and it's even used to measure currencies' purchasing power via the Economist's annual Big Mac Index.
Now, more than half a century after its creation, the world's most famous burger has achieved true celebrity status. It has an autograph. And the project is another example of the creativity of McDonald's marketing campaigns.
