The Masked Singer UK fans convinced Panda accidentally said their name on air

The Masked Singer UK final is looming and three celebrities are left in the running.

After Traffic Cone and Rockhopper were revealed to be Welsh singer Aled Jones and Destiny's Child Michelle Williams in the semi-final, now just Robobunny, Mushroom and Panda remain. You can see a full list of celebrity reveals here.

However, ahead of the 2022 finale, some viewers are convinced they heard Panda mention "Imbruglia" in their latest clue package video – cementing speculation for many that Natalie Imbruglia is behind the mask.

The 47-year-old Australian actress and singer has long been a firm favourite among ITV viewers at home.

According to The Mirror, fans think Panda mentioned their last name in the VT that was shared after they performed Robyn's hit single Dancing On My Own during the semi-final.

Taking to Reddit to debate theories, one viewer wrote: "The VT for Panda, she said her surname, which further proves it's Natalie Imbruglia, plus that singing voice was unmistakably her."

Another viewer agreed, writing: "Deffo. Unmistakably her voice singing tonight. Plus she said her surname in the VT."

Not everyone agreed though, with another writing: "I have to rewatch it again. I didn't hear Imbruglia at all".

Of course, Panda remains a mystery and won't be officially revealed until their mask is off.

Latest guesses for Panda among the judges have included Billie Piper, Jessie J, Lisa Stanfield and Vanessa Hudgens, while other names popular on social media are Amanda Holden and Alesha Dixon.

The Masked Singer UK returns for the final on Saturday, February 12 at 7pm on ITV.
