Maya Jama has spoken of the joys of solo traveling and the need to "listen to your body" in a new social media message. Posting to Instagram, Maya shared holidays snaps of herself enjoying the sun and pool against a gorgeous Thai backdrop, while sharing the importance of self-care and peace.
It certainly has been a busy period for Maya Jama, who is from Bristol. Before fending off rumours she was dating Hollywood star Leonardo DiCaprio, Maya hosted her first ever series of Love Island in South Africa to shoot the popular matchmaking ITV show. The TV host is also lined up to present the upcoming summer series of Love Island, though an airdate has yet to be announced.
It may not be surprising, then, to see Maya jet off to picturesque Thailand for a relaxing spa retreat to "shut off and realign" before her workload begins again, as the star hints at more "madness" to come.
