While there is ever-growing divides in the world of professional golf, JP McManus will bring a host of the world's top players together in one place next month.
On July 4 and July 5, McManus' Adare Manor resort in Limerick will welcome a mix of golfing greats and celebrities for a Pro-Am event.
The golfers will include ten of the current top 11 in the world rankings, as well as 15-time major champion Tiger Woods, a close friend of McManus'.

The current holders of the four Major championships – Matt Fitzpatrick, Scottie Scheffler, Justin Thomas and Collin Morikawa - are all set to play in Limerick.
Moreover, among those teeing it up will be nine members of the controversial Saudi-backed LIV golf series. The new tour is offering unprecedented prize funds and has always lured many famous names from the PGA Tour and the DP World Tour.
Two-time major champion Dustin Johnson, who played in the inaugural LIV event in London earlier this month, will tie up at Adare Manor.
Four-time major winner Brooks Koepka, who is set to sign up to the LIV series, will be also be playing in Ireland. Johnson and Koepka will be joined by fellow LIV golf members Bryson DeChambeau, Lee Westwood, Bernd Weisberger, Ian Poulter, Pat Perez, Martin Kaymer and Graeme McDowell.
While there is an ongoing moral debate about the Saudi-backed LIV series, McManus' pro-am has helped raise over €140 million for charitable organisations in the Mid-West region of Ireland since its inception in 1990, with all funds raised are distributed in their entirety to the beneficiaries.
The Limerick businessman said: “We’re privileged to be joined by the world’s greatest golfers; those who have achieved so much in their careers and some incredible personalities to augment the occasion.
"We’re looking forward to welcoming them to the redesigned Golf Course at Adare Manor, quite a few of them joined us in previous years but may not have seen the work Tom Fazio and his team have done to the course since. Let’s hope for a bit of sunshine to really make what we expect to be a very special couple of days in Limerick."
The full field of amateurs and professionals will be entered into a draw, taking place on Saturday July 2, with tee-times released shortly after.
