From the outside the Garden Cafe looks like a wooden shed - or a chalet if you're being posh - but inside it's the place for '"fantastic" breakfasts according to customers. The address is Long Eaton but since it's about a mile from the town centre and it's not necessarily on everyone's radar.
Close to factories and workshops in Meadow Lane, it's a regular haunt for workers wanting breakfast and lunch. However, the UK's number one competitive eater Beard Meats Food really helped to put it on the map when he recently swung by to demolish a colossal £25 breakfast baguette.
Most customers though are more than satisfied with the cafe's small £6.50 breakfasts or the regular costing £8.50 for the works - two rashers of bacon, sausages, eggs, black pudding, hash browns, mushrooms, tomatoes, beans and two slice of toast.

Mick Meakin, 54, has travelled from Derby especially to check out the Garden Cafe after seeing Beard Meats Food's YouTube video where he scoffs a whopping baguette stuffed with five sausages, bacon, eggs, cheeseburgers and rounds of black pudding, with chips and bowls of beans and tomatoes - a feat that took him just over half an hour.
Mick, who works in a care home, said there was no way he'd even attempt it himself. "I eat for enjoyment not for being ill. We saw the cafe advertised on Facebook and that's what brought me here. It looked clean and tidy," said Mick, who has just polished off the regular breakfast, as did his pal Tim Allcock. "We are both off work at the minute and decided to try it. We came here today and it's been beautiful. It was just enough for me."
Tim, a 56-year-old Rolls Royce worker, from Derby added: "It was fantastic. I would definitely come again, it was worth a trip over."
A stream of workmen place their orders at the counter and they're off within a few minutes with their food, rather than eating in at the 12-seater cafe. However, Kayla Tegg, 31, of Long Eaton, is having a more leisurely breakfast with her seven-month-old daughter Matilda and cousin Helen Tegg, from Brinsley.
Kayla said: "I've never been before. I've seen good reviews on Facebook and I know a couple of people who have been and said good things about it so I'm just having a catch up with my cousin and thought it would be a nice place to come for breakfast.
"I saw the video of Beard Meats Food and I thought he did very well. The cafe looked really nice so I thought why not?" added Kayla after enjoying a small breakfast.
The menu also has breakfast cobs and wraps for a fiver or less. Burgers, toasties, jacket potatoes and classic ham, cheese and tuna cobs make good lunchtime scoff - and if you want to be really healthy the salad boxes come with chicken tikka, BLT, ham, cheese and egg.
The Garden Cafe - named because it looks like a shed down the bottom of the garden - fits the theme with fresh green walls and plants. While there is no garden there is gated outside seating on the pavement, where dogs are allowed.
Running the cafe has been a complete career change for Sean Tams, who previously carried out maintenance on shipping containers before becoming a car salesman. The 33-year-old, from Borrowash, opened the business last November with his partner's mother, who's camera shy.
Sean said: "It was a cafe before but massively run down. We changed the name and changed the whole interior. We had to revamp the whole place. It was busy and then it quietened down during the hot weather. A lot of people don't want to sit in a cafe if they can go to a beer garden.
"We use a local butcher for all of the products, Clive Warren, for burgers, bacon and sausages. People rave about the breakfasts and the burgers. "Most customers work locally but some do travel. We have people come down from Eastwood and Clifton because they rave about the omelettes.
Friends contacted Beard Meats Food about the breakfast challenge and out of the blue Sean got a message to say he was passing through and wanted to attempt it.
"He came in and smashed it and even asked for pudding afterwards. I think he enjoyed it. He said some of the breakfast ones are hard. You've got to get the right products. Since then it's been a bit manic."
It was Sean's son TJay, 13, and the friend of a friend who suggested putting a food challenge on the menu. "We ended up putting it together and I thought we were going to share it but they were all looking at me to try it - I didn't even do 30 per cent of it," said Sean.
"I think it must have at least 10,000 to 15,000 calories - I wouldn't like to think. He said he fasts for two days afterwards. I was shocked when he walked through the door. I thought he was going to be the biggest guy."
The cafe is currently open Monday to Friday, finishing off the week with a lot of big factory orders, but it will open on Saturdays again once summer is over.
