The middle aisles of Aldi and Lidl will be crammed full of summer outdoor essentials this week just in time for the incoming heatwave.
Everyone knows it’s incredibly difficult not to venture through and see what handy - and very random - gadgets they have each week.
If you’re beginning to plan more outdoor fun as the weather picks up and need some new activewear, garden pieces, or cycling must-haves, there is plenty on sale this week.
Aldi’s special buys always land in stores on Thursdays and Sundays, while Lidl opts to release their specials on Mondays and Thursdays.
So before they sell out fast, here’s what will be in stores this week:
Aldi
From tomorrow, March 24, Aldi launches a clothing line suitable for some fun spring and summer outdoor activities, from fishing to hiking with prices starting at €10.99.
As the weather gets warmer, families will be planning more outdoor activities to keep them busy, and so Aldi will also have toys and outdoor gear available for kids starting at €4.99.
Then on Sunday, March 27, the budget supermarket will be releasing a range of accessories and clothing for any cyclists out there.
From glasses and helmets to cycling jackets and maintenance supplies, they’ll have a huge range that’s bound to sell out fast starting from €3.99.
Lidl
On March 24, Lidl is bringing in a whole range of Lego toys, pyjamas, and cutlery with prices starting at just €5.99.
They’ll have merchandise from popular brands like Disney, Hot Wheels, Star Wars, and Uno from €6.99 to keep the little ones entertained.
The budget store will also be releasing a range of bedroom essentials like microfibre duvets, teepee play tents, and a range of bed linen starting at €11.99.
Then on March 28, The Garden Event kicks off with affordable accessories, and garden equipment coming to stores nationwide.
Whether you want to create a herb garden, decorate for summer evening barbeques or are planning to resign your space, the range starts at €7.99.
