Leica is a camera company that has always dared to be different and do things that other camera makers wouldn't dare to do. This approach has proved to be a great success in recent years – and has brought the German company record-breaking profits.

While continuing with both its iconic digital and film rangefinder cameras, Leica has diversified into other areas. It continued to make compact cameras when others gave up on them – partly through its own Q range, but also in collaboration with Fujifilm and Panasonic.
