UPDATE: South Wales Police have confirmed that Rose Phillips has since been found safe and well.
A new CCTV image has been released of a missing pensioner with dementia as fears for her safety are growing.
Rose Phillips was reported missing on Tuesday, February 1, having last been seen at around 12.20pm. The 75-year-old, from the Sandfields area of Swansea, does not have a mobile phone or bus pass.
South Wales Police have now released a new image of Ms Phillips in the hope of locating her, whilst also issuing a description of what she was last seen wearing.

A statement from the police read: "We are still appealing for information in relation to Rose Phillips, 75, from Sandfields, Swansea, who was reported missing.
"Rose was last seen wearing jeans, a green coat and carrying a handbag which has cream spots, as seen in this CCTV still. Rose, who has dementia, was last seen at around 12.20pm on Tuesday, February 1, and does not have a mobile phone or bus pass.
"She is 5ft 5ins tall and regularly attends Swansea city centre and Mumbles. If anyone has seen Rose, please contact South Wales Police quoting occurrence *036294."
