It's hard to resist a sweet treat, whether it's chocolate, laddu, or kulfi. The concern isn't necessarily the consumption of sweets, but rather the neglect of our dental health. If sugar and not toothpaste, is the last thing we expose our teeth to, then that's a cause for alarm.
