With the warmer weather approaching (we hope) as the summer draws near, we will all soon be looking for the best places in the city to soak up the sunshine – cold pint in hand.
And one of our favourite options is a bit of a hidden gem. Squirrelled away down in Leith, you'll find the excellent Campervan Brewery taproom and beer garden.
Not only is it a great place to find some of the capital's own craft beers including Campervan's exciting core range and special brews, but also a sun trap beer garden and tap room in which to drink it.

The brewery team created the large outside bar and seating area during the pandemic to complement the original taproom which opened in 2017.
The first taproom to open in Leith, the microbrewery has a top range of award-winning beers and special edition brews that you can try out with 10 taps of Campervan beers, guest ciders, local spirits and artisan wines from local suppliers.
You can try out their full range of core beers, including Edinburgh favourites Leith Juice and Extra Black, with rotating specials in the brewery and Lost In Leith releases.
And don't worry if you have a specific dietary requirement, the brewery also offers some fun Gluten Free and Vegan beer options.
With friendly and knowledgeable staff on hand to talk you through what's on offer and just talk about beer in general it's a great space for beer fans to learn more about some of their favourite brews.
And if you are lucky you might even get to experience getting to try beers poured straight from the OG Camopervan, the mobile brewery which gives the firm its name.
The taproom and beer garden are also child and dog friendly, and easily accessible from Leith Walk. While those looking for a little more comfort can enjoy drinks in the newly renovated snug with Chesterfield sofas and tables, which is set within the brewing space itself meaning you can drink where the beer is made.
And don't worry if you want to feel too, there are rotating food trucks from local food vendors including Banh Mi Brothers, Moskito and Bonnie Burrito.
And should you work in the hospitality trade, you can even get a wee discount.
Speaking about the exciting space, owner Paul Gibson, said: "The joy of the taproom is being able to see customers enjoying the beers direct from the source. We love our beers and making them, so it is deeply gratifying to see them appreciated and enjoyed.
"I think being able to enjoy the beers surrounded by the tanks and in the production space is always very special. When I say that despite our successes that we are just a small microbrewery, the smallest in Leith, they can see that it is true! We’re fortunate that the outside space is a sun-trap in the summer, and is a fantastic setting to while away the afternoon with a few pints of Leith Juice."
Paul added: "The brewery has had a very successful start to the year, aided by the brilliant launch of Extra Black, Scotland’s first Gluten Free Nitro Porter. To meet demand we’ve had to expand our production facility again, and are currently planning for a new, upgraded brewery plant. It’s all very exciting!"
