Ryan Gosling has been keeping busy in his professional life with another new film from the Hollywood superstar making waves.
The Gray Man is currently in UK cinemas and is due to become available to Netflix subscribers on Friday (July 22).
The action film, about the hunt for a CIA agent who has found out some troubling secrets, also stars Marvel's Chris Evans and No Time to Die's Ana de Armas.
Gosling, 41, is also keeping busy filming the live action Barbie movie alongside lead Margot Robbie, which is due to be released next year.
In his private life, Gosling has been kept on his toes by his relationship and budding young family.
Who is Ryan Gosling with?
Drive star Ryan Gosling is in a long-term relationship with Eva Mendes.
The two actors met on the set of the film The Place Beyond The Pines in 2011.
While speaking to Hello! Canada in 2015, Ryan was asked what qualities he looks for in a woman, to which he responded: "That she's Eva Mendes, there's nothing else I'm looking for."
Gosling had previously dated a string of famous co-stars, including Rachel McAdams, who played Allie opposite his Noah in romantic flick The Notebook.
He also famously fell in love with his Murder By Numbers co-star Sandra Bullock in 2001, with the pair dating for almost two years.
The relationship caused eyebrows to raise as Oscar-winner Bullock is Gosling’s senior by 16 years.
What is the age difference between Ryan Gosling and Eva Mendes?
Gosling was born on November 12, 1980, while Mendes was born on March 5, 1974.
That makes Mendes, who is currently 48, six years older than her partner.
Do Ryan Gosling and Eva Mendes have children?
The couple have two children together - Esmeralda was born in 2014 and Amada in 2016.
The pair like to keep the lives of their children private but have spoken about family life in the past.
Gosling, who is also a musician, told GQ magazine that he felt his “kids are growing up so fast” and that he needs to “keep an eye on the clock in a way I never used to" to ensure he gets to spend time with them.
He recalled cute moments with his kids during his acting career, including when Esmeralda watched his fight scene with Harrison Ford on the set of his 2017 movie Blade Runner 2049.
The seven-year-old called out in the middle of a take, "You're winning," leading Ford to reply, "What about me?"
Gosling also said his youngsters thought their dad worked on the moon while he was playing astronaut Neil Armstrong in the 2018 film First Man.
Mendes revealed a way she looks to protect her children’s privacy is by not posting pictures of them on social media.
"I have always had a clear boundary when it comes to my man and my kids," the Hitch star explained to an Instagram follower in 2020.
"I'll talk about them of course, with limits, but I won't post pictures of our daily life. And I won't post their image until they're old enough to give me consent."
Mendes, who has not starred in a film since 2014, said she has become pickier about what acting roles she agrees to as she wants to be a good role model to her children.
