For those who like their fun as chaotic as possible (we salute you) there is a bit of a hidden gem down Anderston way you might want to check out.
Squirrelled away on Hydepark Street is Hype, which is home to Scotland's first Rage Room (when it opened back in 2019), and a bolthole filled with Glass bottles, PC accessories, pottery, Laptops and even TVs that you can (legally) smash up until your heart's content.
Let off steam with your pals as you don the provided safety clothing (the boiler suits, gloves, balaclavas, goggles, body armour and a shield mask that will make you feel even more badass) and lay about you with gleeful abandon using the baseball bats, sledgehammers and crowbars.

You can even pick your own soundtrack for the time you are there.
On the day you'll get a brief safety induction before kitting up and the fun begins. With up to 30 minutes 'Smash Time' in the rage room you can pick from different packages ranging from £60 (1-2 people) to £100 (5-6 people) and you can even buy more things to smash up on the day.
And don't worry if you feel that this thrilling experience is over all too quickly, Hype also offers Axe Hurling and an Escape Room on site to make your day go even further.
You can find the Rage Rooms at 72 Hydepark Street, Anderston and find out more on their website.
