Administrators for Wilko have agreed to sell 71 of the collapsed retailer’s shops to Poundland owner Pepco.
These sites will be turned into Poundland shops and former Wilko staff will be given priority for the new jobs created when they open.
Ten stores will already re-open their doors as Poundland as soon as September 30. The locations of the new Poundland stores are:

- Nelson, Lancashire
- Stockport, Greater Manchester
- Eccles, Manchester
- Southport, Merseyside
- Leigh, Greater Manchester
- Barking, London
- Maidenhead, Berkshire
- Jarrow, South Tyneside

The remaining Wilko stores will re-open as Poundland retailers in the coming months. Wilko stores that are expected to become Poundland shops are located in:
