Glasgow is set to hit the big screen this week in DC's superhero blockbuster The Flash.
Controversial US star, Ezra MIller, plays the speedster alongside Michael Keaton and Ben Affleck, who reprise their roles as Batman.
Some of the scenes in the Hollywood movie were filmed in the city, with John Street, Ingram Street and George Square among the locations used by the film crew in 2021 when they came to Scotland.
The Flash is just the latest action packed flick to shoot scenes in Glasgow. The city has become the backdrop for the iconic Gotham CIty in both the smash hit 'The Batman' and the scrapped Batgirl film.

But it isn't just costumed crusaders that have taken over the city in recent years, with the Fast and Furious franchise previously hitting the roads and more recently the fifth instalment of Indiana Jones closing off roads.
The Flash arrives in cinema's across the UK on June 16 and Glasgow will be centre stage once again.
