The First Descendant wraps up Karel’s storyline in a Mega Dungeon, releasing with Season 4 on Aug. 20. For this dungeon, the developer prepared a special limited-time Conquest difficulty launching a few weeks into the season.
Detailed during The First Descendant Season 4 developer livestream on Aug. 18, the Karel’s Mothership Mega Dungeon lives up to its name, with one clear taking up to 20 minutes, unlike previous dungeons that rarely go beyond five minutes. There are more interactable elements and mechanics to engage with in the Mega Dungeon, such as shooting cranes with barrels to drop them on enemies.
