KANPUR: It was 'a morning without sunrise' for Samajwadi Paty chief Akhilesh Yadav on Wednesday, a day after the mortal remains of SP patriarch Mulayam Singh Yadav were were consigned to flames with full state honours at his native village Saifai in Etawah.
After the entire family visited the cremation site to collect the ashes, Akhilesh took to Twitter to express his emotions. “Today, for the first time it appears that the morning began without a sunrise,” he wrote in Hindi. Thereafter, the entire Yadav clan took part in a "shuddhi sanskar'" on Wednesday morning.
