The payments are aimed at alleviating the cost of living struggle for the country's most vulnerable households.
However, not all claimants will be paid at the same time. Depending on whether you receive your benefits from the Department for Work and Pensions (DWP) or HM Revenue and Customs (HMRC), you may get your payment later than others.
