The cheapest homes on the market in Greater Manchester that are selling for less than £80k

With the cost of living and house prices soaring, buying a reasonably priced home can appear far out of reach for many.

But fortunately there are certain areas of Greater Manchester where you are likely to find a bargain home that is much more affordable in the current climate.

In the boroughs of Bolton, Oldham and Wigan, the average price of a home tends to be much cheaper than in more affluent areas such as Trafford and Manchester - therefore you're likely to get much more for your money.
