Mark Labbett has seemingly confirmed he's dating TV presenter Hayley Palmer after splitting from his wife of seven years, Katie but The Chase and Beat the Chasers, star told Mirror he struggles to prioritise personal time with his busy schedule.
The couple have shared pictures of each other on their respective social media pages with Hayley, a television presenter who hosts music shows At Home With Hayley and Saturday Night With Hayley Palmer, recently joking she needs to wear heels more often while standing next to Mark, who stands at 6ft 7inches.
A source previously confirmed it's "early days" for the couple but they are having a "lot of fun together".
Speaking to Mirror, The Beast was asked if he spends time doing quizzes with his new TV presenter girlfriend.
Mark replied: "I’m on the road so much, plus the little matter of a six-year-old boy that I co-parent with, so I try to spend as much time as I can with him. I’m going out to film in America next month, and I’m already planning what I’m doing in July and August with Katie to see what weeks work.
He added: "Having said that, I have just been studying NBA basketball because I’m going out to America I want them going ‘for a Brit he knows about this stuff’, plus I used to play basketball being 6ft 6, 6ft 7, you’d expect I play basketball.”
Mark has a six-year-old son Lawrence who he shares with his ex-wife Katie, who he split from in 2020.
Hayley, took to her Instagram Stories on Monday to share a sweet throwback snap of The Chase.
The TV presenter captioned the post: "#throwback The one time I'm not wearing heels and I meet the man I need heels for! @markthebeastlabbett (& I'm 5'11!).
"I'm really giving my heels collection a good workout these days. (Every woman will understand!)."
Confirming the romance, a source recently said: “It is very early days but Mark and Hayley are having a really good time together.
“They have been friends for some time and recently things developed into something more. Mark and Hayley share similar interests and have a lot of fun together. Mark and Hayley have kept things low key but this week they headed out on a day-date," they told The Sun.
