The Chase's Jenny Ryan amazes Bradley Walsh with hobby that 'helps her switch off'

Jenny Ryan opened up on one of her hobbies on tonight's episode of The Chase.

The Chaser had four new players take her on in a bid to win a cash prize. Host Bradley Walsh welcomed Chris, Emma, Tim and Georgia to the ITV quiz show.

One of the questions was within Jenny's expertise as she revealed she knew the answer due to one of her hobbies while not on screen. The question was: "In video gaming, what word means to make a character more powerful?"

The Chaser got the question correct, with the answer of 'buff', as she said: "You'd have to be a gamer to know that." Shocked, Bradley asked: "How many games a week would you say you played?"

Jenny quipped cheekily as she said: "It depends how many episodes of The Chase I'm doing." Brad replied: "Oh right. Well then, how many video games would you play in a night?"

The Vixen said: "I would probably only stick to one but for a couple of hours if I get into it." She added that it helps her switch off as she said: "It's relaxing, you know. It's like mindfulness sometimes because you're not thinking about the outside world, you're caught up in the story."

Bradley asked what kind of games she plays and she said Stardew Valley - a farming simulator - is one of her favourites. She loves games which are "slow-paced and open world".
