The Cardiff tower block built on a site where skeletons and a heart in a box were once discovered

Over the years Cardiff has seen so many changes that it will come as no surprise, due to the regeneration the city has gone through, that a lot of our past has been taken down and built over.

Although I am sure that when plans were developed for building Capital Tower, originally known as Pearl Assurance House on Greyfriars Road, the team excavating the site got more than they bargained for when they discovered bones that had not been unearthed before.
