The cafe in the middle of nowhere serving incredible food that wouldn't have opened without Covid

There's a caravan up a hill, in what feels like the middle of nowhere, serving up some of the most delicious food you could hope to find. It's owned by an international model and her mum, who previously worked in pharmaceuticals, and it is loved by thousands of customers.

It sounds unlikely, but it's true. It's called Bee's Coffee Pot, it sits on a farm with gorgeous views above Tameside, and if it wasn't for the coronavirus pandemic it would still be all a dream.

Natalie and Toni Bagley opened their business for the first time on October 23, 2020. They had a kettle and a toaster in the caravan, which used to take Toni to international equestrian shows, and they made just £1 in their first week.
