A Perth restaurant is to reopen with the help of a recruitment drive after controversially closing its doors with immediate effect during the pandemic.
The Bothy on Kinnoull Street will return for the first time since it ceased trading eight months ago.
Parent company and hospitality operator the Scotsman Group (formerly G1 Group) initially laid off a large number of staff from the establishment in March 2020 following “a catastrophic drop in sales” due to the coronavirus outbreak.
