The Blue Stoops: historic brewery to open first London pub in over 90 years

The heritage Midlands brewery Allsopp & Sons is to open its first site in London this September, and its first new pub in more than 90 years.

Jamie Allsopp, whose family has been brewing bitters, ales and stouts since 1730, is to launch the Blue Stoops on Kensington Church Street. It will be a nod to the original pub of the same name in Burton-on-Trent.
