The Block’s Kylie Quits The Show (Again) After Dramatic Meltdown Leads To Her Lowest Point

Kylie and Brad on The Block before they quit

Just when you thought The Block’s drama couldn’t get any spicier, it all boiled over on Sunday night when Kylie Baker quit the showagain. Yep, that’s twice now! That’s gotta be a record.

While she originally quit the show after catching her husband Brad Baker flirting with Mimi Belperio, she returned so she could get a share of the potential prize money for finishing their house. Now, it appears she doesn’t give a shit about the money. At the end of the episode, Kylie declared that she won’t be returning for the auction, even if it means giving up any profit.

Cracks started to appear when Kylie and Brad were working on their front yard and facade. In an explosion probably fuelled by tiredness and stress, Kylie blew up at their team of workers the night before the room reveal.

“Fucking leave it, all of you. I want everyone gone, I’m not kidding,” she ordered. Kylie then told Brad to “get them out. Get them out! Tell them to leave, I don’t want their help”.

When it came time to receive their scores from host Scott Cam, Kylie threw a tantrum. After Kylie and Brad were slated by the judges, Kylie told the host to “wrap it up”.

“Kylie, I’m not going to wrap it up, because this is part of the deal, unfortunately. We’re reading out feedback, and it’s the last feedback you’re going to get from these judges on your house. So I’d really appreciate it if you didn’t tell me to wrap it up,” Cam told her.

Kylie didn’t take this well, muttering: “I really couldn’t care. I fucking hate this guy.”

After receiving the scores, Kylie legged it out of there before the segment was finished. “I’m leaving, I’m not dealing with this shit… I need to go home and make money. I’m wasting my time here… it’s as simple as that.”

Kylie chucked her shoes off and ran down a dark road, telling the camera crew she’d “break the fucking camera” if they continued to film her.

The crew were worried for her safety and wellbeing, trying to convince her to come back to The Block

“She is legging it, barefoot, down the middle of the road. We need a producer and a car, now,” a crew member said.

Eventually, Brad and two crew members managed to convince Kylie to get into a car.

“I don’t want to come back for auction, I don’t want to come back and have to deal with them. I don’t,” an upset Kylie told Brad.

Kylie and Brad have now officially left The Block. While their houses are finished, there is still one more challenge this week that they’re now skipping, which seems a bit unfair.

This week, the teams are joining forces with All Star The Block contestants to create a clubhouse, with the winner getting $50,000 off their reserve price on auction day. Jimmy and Tam from the 2020 season will be working on Kylie and Brad’s games room solo. Imagine the scenes if they win the prize on behalf of the couple who have ditched the competition!

The Block contestants are expected to reunite for the auction day on Saturday November 9, but now there’s a couple of big questions. Will Kylie and Brad turn up? And if they don’t, will they still receive any profit from the house they worked on for 12 weeks? I can’t wait to find out!!!
