The big Leeds city centre survey: What are the problems and what should be done to bring back shoppers

Leeds City Centre has had its ups and downs over the years, but what do you think of it now?

The city has always had a good range of shops and shopping centres from Leeds Trinity to the Light and from Waterstones to HMV but maybe you feel it had more things you needed in the past. With the rise of online shopping, many people in Leeds might want different kinds of shops in the city centre.

There are also the traffic issues, with queuing, especially around rush hour, meaning it can take a while to pass through Leeds, nevermind finding a parking space.

If you want to have your voice heard on what you think our city centre needs to improve or if you just want to say what it does well, you can fill in the survey below.

The questions range from how safe you feel at night to what do you want more of in the city. You can tell us about the lack of free parking, or maybe you think the city needs more independent retailers rather than chains.

Perhaps you take the opposite view and think Leeds needs more big chains investing in jobs here? Whatever you think, you can let us know by filling in the form above.
